At first you start out with UAV and Care Package as you move up levels you may unlock your selection of killstreaks. Together with the maintenance package what ever you get unfortunately wont count towards your streak but will naturally give you XP. Care package's carry everything from ammo to supposedly the Nuke. I've only heard you can get the Nuke at a care package I've never seen it and if does in fact come in a care package its quite rare. The Nuke is normally obtained by getting 25 kills in a row without dying. It takes everyone out, even your staff and you can get it in any game mode, but it has to be chosen in the killstreaks section so as to get it. It is the best MW2 Killstreak.

Of course with aircraft water weighs 8.2 lbs per gallon of course. You can use the India studies and make water from the atmosphere, in an aircraft fairly UAS simple, condensation from low pressure areas around the wings and fuselage, collect it and then you have water without needing to carry it very far? Shape changers that can glide like a plane and then inflate again, fueless aircraft?

We do I propose lethal weapons on the boundary? Simple if we all illegal aliens to cross in the middle of the desert they may die of heat exhaustion and over 500 are expected to die this year. But if for some reason they know that they will be shot dead, they won't cross and thus we save lives by killing a few in advance of the hot summer sun season. Is this humane?

If we wanted to fly a UAV over North Korea, Iran, or Venezuela we could merely get a very small and lightweight UAV made of those materials and it may fly around and take pictures forever. Best of all it could be made translucent, with a stealthy body creating an extremely low radar signature. It's my contention that this concept is 100% viable now with current materials, and it's too bad we haven't started already and financed such a great project.
